The promo of the episode, scheduled to be telecast on December 7 indicates that the duo not only talked about their professional achievements but also their personal lives. Vicky shared how his wife, actress Katrina Kaif, worked hard for each of her roles. During a chat with Karan Johar, Vicky Kaushal revealed that while Katrina Kaif was shooting for her latest release, Tiger 3’s song, she followed a strict diet. Vicky Kaushal revealed he was surprised that she ate sweet potatoes for six months straight in order to maintain her fitness level.
Further, as the show progressed to the popular ‘Koffee Shots’ segment, Vicky shared how he gets Katrina to do what he wants. Vicky narrated, “See, Katrina is the perfect candidate for reverse psychology. If I want her to agree to what I want, I have to wholeheartedly, with abundance agree to what she wants. And then she turns around and she’s like, ‘But, I see the point in what you’re saying’, and then she comes around.”
Vicky Kaushal also disclosed Katrina’s discreet signal for when she wants to exit a boring party. He mentioned that the actress would gently squeeze his hand, signalling that it was time to leave.
Furthermore, Vicky Kaushal revealed on the show that there wasn’t a formal proposal for his marriage to Katrina. The actor mentioned that he proposed to Katrina just a day before their wedding. He explained that he did it because it needed to be done, expressing a fear of potentially hearing about it for the rest of his life. Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif tied the knot on December 9, 2021, in Rajasthan, with their close relatives and friends present at the grand wedding ceremony.
