Bollywood’s favourite fashion designers Kunal Rawal and Arpita Mehta will tie the knot on Sunday, August 28, in an intimate ceremony. Ahead of their wedding, the couple threw a pre-wedding bash for their industry friends on August 26^th and was attended by the who’s who of the film and fashion industry.

Hosted at IFBE, a community centre in Fort, Mumbai, which was once an old ice-cream factory turned into a celebratory venue for Kunal and Arpita’s glamorous party. The couple who have known each other for quite some time have opted for an intimate wedding ceremony which will be attended by close family and friends.

Casting a spell in a black, Arpita’s ensemble featured a fishtail-styled lehenga paired with a chic and sexy blouse. The sheer dupatta with threadwork detailing was draped like a sari pallu. She accessorised with a necklace and a small maang tika. The tone-on-tone embroidery added a hint of shimmer to her monochrome outfit. Kunal looked dapper in black sherwani, complementing his bride-to-be.

The guests were seen dressed in a colour palette of white and black, with traditional attires taking centre stage. Making an entrance in black were stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Karan Johar, Jackky Bhagnani, Rhea Kapoor, Masaba, Nachiket Barve, and Sanjay Kapoor.

Sequins, beads, and sexy blouses were the highlight of the dress code adorned by the celebrities who attended the event. Malaika Arora looked surreal in an ivory lehenga set with lace detailing. Also, seen opting for lehengas were Natasha Dalal, Rakul Preet Singh, Akansha Ranjan, Maheep Kapoor to name a few. Janhvi Kapoor and Shanaya Kapoor stunned in ivory sarees with sequin detailing.

Adding his Bollywood tadka to the party, rapper and singer Badshaah was seen performing Jugnu at the party. Also spotted shaking a leg to the tunes was groom-to-be Kunal Rawal.
