Koffee With Karan 8: KJo Calls Himself Out For ‘Painful Monologues’ in KWK 7, Teases ‘Great’ New Season –

Koffee With Karan 8: Karan Johar is back with a new season of Koffee With Karan and this time around, he promises that it will be ‘great’. The filmmaker-TV host made the announcement on Wednesday morning via Instagram. However, before he confirmed the news, Karan called himself out for a ‘meh’ season 7 which featured ‘painful’ monologues. Playing a double role in the announcement video, Karan the host meets Karan the Koncious.

“The conversations were so meh!” he said, calling himself out. “You could have called it Cold Koffee With Karan,” he added. “Were those ‘cheese’ jokes with your nepo babies supposed to be funny?” he asked himself. “Every episode was the same. A 50-year-old man asking 20 year olds about their sex lives. Lame! Is it because you don’t have a sex life of your own?” He went on to take digs at his ‘painful monologues’, ‘selling chashmas, hair dyes’ and other product placements, and same old ideas. Karan then promised that Koffee With Karan 8 will be different and went on to announce the release date.
