Low code platforms help developers make applications through visual environments, with little requirement of coding. Kissflow competes with larger enterprises such as Mendix, which had garnered over $100 m in revenue in September 2020 and planned to double the number in 18 months.
Kissflow, which has been primarily selling software for small businesses on digital platforms, would invest in building sales teams in regional markets such as the US and other western cities. The company would open three sales offices in the US, he said, and plan more offices across other key cities.
The company currently employs 430 people. Sambandam said the company would invest in a range of businesegments such as field marketing to bag enterprise clients in the space.
