A latest report about Kiara Advani signing Baiju Bawra with Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh has created quite a stir.
Baiju Bawra is one of filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s most highly-awaited projects. Several reports have emerged about the film’s casting over the years, however, Sanjay has kept fans on their toes. Sometime back, it was reported that the film would be headlined by Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. Now, a new report claims that Kiara Advani will also be a part of the project.
A Reddit user shared screenshots of a news report on the platform, claiming that Kiara will be joining Ranveer and Alia for the project. While the report itself cannot be found, the Reddit post has created quite a stir online. While some fans have been busy anticipating which character Kiara will portray in the film, others have been calling it a PR stint.
One person wrote, “She’s probably playing Rani Roopmati.” To this, another user replied, “I think it’s the other way. Kiara will be Gauri and Alia will be Roopmati because SLB is planning a spin-off with Roopmati later.” One person commented, “…Idk if she’s playing Gauri or Roopmati but according to news which came last week Alia has her own solo movie on queen Roopmati which means SLB is gonna establish her character more in BB while Kiara will be given a small role as compared to Alia.”
Meanwhile, one person wrote, “I just realised that Kiara is rumoured to be a part of every big project that’s in the works This is some next-level PR to keep her relevant.” Another Reddit user wrote, “But she was in JAWAN also naa?” Another person added, “We have had a lot of Kiara-related news like this come out false recently. Her PR has been overactive. Hence the rumour flair. But she was also spotted at SLB’s office several times recently…”
There has been no confirmation about the actress’ involvement in the film from Sanjay or Kiara’s side yet.
