The actor’s pet is also popular among Kartik Aaryan’s fans as the pooch never fails to reciprocate the love that he receives from the SatyaPrem Ki Katha actor. Maintaining that trajectory, Kartik Aaryan shared another ‘awwdorable’ clip featuring his best friend and the internet can’t stop gushing.
On Monday, Kartik Aaryan dropped a short clip on his Instagram handle, showing Katori sharing playtime with the actor. The white furball proceeds to lick Kartik’s chins as the duo laid on the rug-covered floors of his living room. Kartik sported a white tank top and black cap that went along well with his clean-shaven look. He wrote in the caption, “My Heart belongs to you @katoriaaryan.”

In the video, he is seen posing with his dog and making cute faces. Even Katori plays along sticking his tongue out and happily looking at the camera. Kartik captioned the reel, “Poser siblings.” Kartik’s Shehzada co-star Kriti Sanon replied to the post, saying, “Uff exact like Disco! Must make them meet!” Disco is Kriti’s pet dog. Others commented that “Katori is confused ki yeh photo hai ki video (Katori seems confused whether it is a photo or video).”
Kartik Aaryan introduced his pet dog to his followers in 2021. Many fans were curious about why he named his pet Katori, which means bowl in Hindi. Earlier in an interview with Times Now, he said, ” She is Katori Aaryan because, jab woh gharpe aayi thi she looked like a bowl. Itni choti si and katori jaise hi dimaag mai tha. Toh isliye katori rakh diya naam, uska haircut bhi katori jasisa hai (We named her Katori Aaryan because when she came home she looked like a bowl. She was so small that only the word katori came to mind upon seeing her. So we named her Katori, and her hairstyle is also like a katori).”
On the personal front, Kartik and Tara Sutaria sparked dating rumours after they were spotted together on a supposed dinner date. On Saturday night, the paparazzi captured Tara and Kartik leaving the same restaurant but separately. Tara was seen wearing a black tube top along with an animal printed skirt. On the other hand, Kartik was seen wearing a crisp white shirt and a pair of black pants. In a video that has now gone viral, Tara was seen making for a run from a luxury hotel to her car, avoiding the cameras as she left the venue.
As for work, rumours are rife that Kartik will star in a Karan Johar film after their much-public fallout.
