Kareena Kapoor ignored Shahid Kapoor at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards? Fans believe that Kareena snubbed Shahid at the awards show. The DPIFF Awards 2024 took place on Tuesday night in Mumbai. The actors, who once were in a serious relationship, were among the many stars attending the ceremony and happened to run into each other. In a video shared by a paparazzo, Shahid was seen on the red carpet with filmmakers Raj & DK when Kareena walked in.
In the video, Shahid and the filmmakers were posing for the cameras with trophies in their hands. Soon, Kareena walked in. The actress, wearing a heavy lehenga, was seen walking past Shahid and the filmmakers. She stopped momentarily to greet the filmmakers but didn’t greet or acknowledge Shahid. The awkward moment was caught by fans and pointed it out in the comments section. Watch the video below:
Kareena and Shahid met on the sets of Fida in 2004. They fell in love and began dating soon after. They went on to date until 2007. They split while they were filming for Jab We Met. The actors have moved on since.
Shahid is now married to Mira Rajput Kapoor. They have two children together, a daughter named Misha and son named Zain. Meanwhile, Kareena went on to date Saif Ali Khan for a few years and then tied the knot in 2012. The couple welcomed their first son, Taimur Ali Khan, and soon welcomed their second son, Jeh Ali Khan.
