The Great Indian Kapil Show season 2 is coming to end next weekend. Varun Dhawan will be this season’s final guest.
Varun Dhawan will be seen in the last episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show.
Kapil Sharma has confirmed that The Great Indian Kapil Show will host its season finale episode next Saturday. Into its second season, The Great Indian Kapil Show has a format in which the team takes a break after 13 episodes are aired. Kapil is drawing the curtains on the second season of his show with the help of Varun Dhawan and the team of Baby John.
In a teaser attached with the episode featuring Rekha, Kapil announced that they are hosting their season finale and introduced Varun Dhawan. The Baby John actor will be joined by producer Atlee and director Kalees. Also present on the sets will be Wamiqa Gabbi and Keerthy Suresh. The teaser promises several high moments, one of which includes Varun Dhawan pole dancing. Watch the video below:
In an exclusive chat with Showsha at the start of the season, Archana Puran Singh, Sunil Grover and Rajiv Thakur opened up about the breaks the team takes between seasons. They revealed that it is the policy by the streaming platform to take a short break between seasons. “Netflix took a break, not us. It’s their policy/format that they come seasonal,” Archana said.
“They don’t have the habit of working too much. We love working a lot, make us work twice a week. We want Netflix to also follow the same,” Rajiv joked. Sunil added, “I think as a format, this might be how they function — film 13 episodes a season.”
This season, there were several interesting guests. These include Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Govinda, Shakti Kapoor, Chunky Panday, the cast of Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives, Rekha, Vidya Balan, Kartik Aaryan, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Jr NTR, Sonakshi Sinha, Zaheer Iqbal, Shatrughan Sinha and cricketers Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav and Axar Patel, to name a few.
