Jasmin Bhasin recently took to her Instagram stories to reveal that she suffered a lower back injury, a few weeks ago. The actress mentioned that even though she was advised complete bed rest by the doctors, she decided to work hard and forget her pain.
Jasmin mentioned that it was during her lower back injury when she also had to travel to Jammu for a friend’s wedding. She decided not to skip it because of medical reasons. Instead, travelled all the way to the wedding in a car.
“So guys I had a small lower back injury few weeks ago and was advised of bed rest for two weeks but because I can’t stay still f and had to travel for a friends engagement eid etc… so, I didn’t let it pull me down and instead somehow fixed myself with pain patches, needles etc and travelled all the way to mountains, Jammu etc by road. Imagine the bumps in my back. Of course I didn’t do any form of work or lifting any thing heavy but the pain didn’t stop Me. And now l am Back at it to achieve my goals. Still weak on lower back but nothing can stop me,” Jasmin wrote as quoted by Free Press Journal.
With the incident, Jasmin motivated all not to focus on their pain but instead work to get better. “Moral of the story – Instead of crying out your pain and vulnerability for some sympathy which is neither gonna heal you nor help you. Always work on getting back stronger than before,” the actress added.
Jasmin Bhasin is a popular name in the television industry. She has worked in several successful shows like Dil Se Dil Tak, Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji and Naagin 4 among others. Besides Bigg Boss, Jasmin also participated in the action reality show, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi – Made in India.
Jasmin has also been ruling headlines in the Punjabi film industry for quite some time now. She made her debut in the industry in 2022 with the movie Honeymoon, which also starred Gippy Grewal in the lead.
As far as Bollywood is concerned, there has been buzz about Jasmin Bhasin being signed by a big banner and that she would be making her Bollywood debut soon. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this as of now.
On the personal front, Jasmin has been dating actor Aly Goni. They made it official on Bigg Boss 14 and have been together ever since.
