Despite a promising start in Bollywood, Vivek Oberoi managed to have an average career in the film industry. However, the actor had learnt the power of diversifying his assets at a young age which has helped him build an opulent life for himself. Recently, the Indian Police Force actor purchased a swanky Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge worth Rs 12.25 crore. He shared a video where he took his parents and his wife for a ride in the silver-grey luxury car.
Not just a Rolls Royce, reports mention that Oberoi is a motorhead and has a fleet of expensive cars in his garage. Let’s take a look at the luxurious assets that make up for Oberoi’s Rs 1200 crore.
A Garage Of Expensive Cars
Oberoi has an eye for all things fancy and fine. As reported by Autobizz, the actor owns a Lamborghini Gallardo which is worth Rs 3.11 crore, a Chrysler 300C Limousine worth Rs 4.5 crore, and two Mercedes cars – a Mercedes GLS 350D and a Mercedes GLE 250D. Both of these cars retail for lakhs in the Indian markets
A Bungalow In Juhu
Oberoi has purchased a sprawling bungalow in Juhu with his wife, Priyanka Alva, in 2019. Spanning 2,100 square feet, he had purchased the property for Rs 14.25 crore and has also paid an additional stamp duty of Rs 85.50 lakh. The property exudes sophistication and opulence. He has decked the house with modern and traditional elements which add to the warmth and comfort.
A Palatial Property In Dubai
In an earlier interview with Curly Tales, Oberoi mentioned how he likes to travel frequently to Dubai. He said, “Every time I go to Mumbai, I don’t feel like leaving. You will ask me where home is, and I will still say Mumbai. I love Dubai, but it’s the best of both worlds for me.” To keep up with his frequent visits, the actor has bought a magnificent property in Dubai. The property boasts a garden, a pool, and tastefully done interiors.

Oberoi started investing in the stock market when he was 16. The actor has a series of investments to his name. He collaborates with brands in Dubai as a businessman and also owns several fin-tech companies. He also owns Oberoi Mega Entertainment – an event and film production house. He has also dipped his toes in real estate with Karma Infrastructure. Additionally, he has also co-founded a university and runs a non-profit.
