Gauahar Khan is set to host the upcoming season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

The popular dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, has always been adored by its fans ever since it first aired. With the 11th season just around the corner, fans are eagerly waiting to find out who will be hosting, judging, and participating in the show. Adding to the excitement, Gauahar Khan, who is co-hosting the show with Ritvik Dhanjani recently gave a sneak peek into the behind-the-scenes (BTS) of Jhalak Dikhla Ja Season 11. One of the pictures featured Gauahar and Rithvik Dhanjani, with the caption “Anchors getting ready to rock Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 2023!!” This sneak peek into their preparation has increased the excitement for the upcoming season of the show.
Additionally, Gauahar posted a group picture with the esteemed panel of judges, including Farah Khan, Malaika Arora, Arshad Warsi, and co-host Rithvik Dhanjani, with the caption ‘Team’, showcasing the friendship and bonding within the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa family.
Over the years, Gauahar Khan has mesmerised audiences with her spectacular performances. Additionally, her hosting skills are equally impressive. She has previously hosted shows like India’s Raw Star and IRL: In Real Love, which were nothing short of extraordinary. She was also a contestant in earlier seasons of the show. With her natural ease in front of the camera, Gauahar Khan is an excellent choice for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
The list of contestants for this year includes Hina Khan, Tanisha Mukherjee, Shiv Thakare, Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Shivangi Joshi, Manisha Rani, Aamir Ali, Urvashi Dholakia, Shoaib Ibrahim, Karuna Pandey, Sangeeta Phogat, and Rajiv Thakur. However, Hina Khan, Surbhi Chandna, Anjali Anand, and Ayesha Singh are yet to confirm their participation in the show. Farah Khan, Malaika Arora, and actor-dancer Arshad Warsi are the confirmed judges for this season.
During its 10th season on Colors, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa boasted a panel of distinguished judges, including Madhuri Dixit-Nene, director Karan Johar, Nora Fatehi, and versatile actor-choreographer Terence Lewis. The show featured an array of celebrity participants, with notable names such as Niti Taylor, Mr. Faisu, Rubina Dilaik, Nia Sharma, Dheeraj Dhoopar, and several others.
The last season ended in November 2022, with Gunjan Sinha emerging as the deserving winner, and Rubina Dilaik securing the coveted position of the first runner-up. The 10th season, which ran from September 3, 2022, to November 27, 2022, also catered to a wider audience by making its content available for streaming on the OTT platform Voot, extending its reach to viewers across the nation.
