Indian Railways clarifies amid confusion over baggage charges: No change in luggage policy

Why there has been disarray over baggage rules?

The disarray began after the Ministry of Railways on May 29 tweeted that if travelers have abundance stuff, they would go to the bundle office and book the gear.

What are luggage rules?
