Anushka Sharma’s standing ovation as Virat Kolhi scored 50 runs is going viral in social media.

Team India is playing against the Australian team for the final match of the Cricket World Cup 2023. For this historic match between the two teams, Anushka Sharma also flew to Ahmedabad to extend support to her cricketer husband Virat Kohli. As Virat scored his half-century in the match, Anushka cheered him on by giving him a standing ovation. The internet cannot stop gushing about this adorable moment between the couple.

In a moment of relief for Indian fans in an otherwise tense match, Virat Kohli scored 50 runs and the stadium went into a frenzy. Anushka Sharma, who is at the Narendra Modi Stadium with her mother, gave the cricketer a standing ovation. She also also joined by Athiya Shetty, who came to support her cricketer husband KL Rahul.

This adorable moment is making waves on the internet. Anushka landed in Ahmedabad on Sunday morning, November 19, with her daughter, Vamika, by her side. Anushka, who is rumoured to be pregnant, was seen hiding her reported baby bump in an oversized white ensemble.

Anuska has been Kohli’s cheerleader in the stands on intense match days. The actress was seen hooting for Kohli when team India faced Pakistan in the same Ahmedabad stadium last month. Last week, Anushka was seen seated in the stands to watch and support Kohli as India faced New Zealand in the finals. The couple did not shy away from displaying PDA as Kohli hit his 50th century and broke Sachin Tendulkar’s record.

After the century, Anushka shared a heartfelt post to honour his win. “God is the best scriptwriter! Utterly grateful to him for blessing me with your love, and to watch you grow from strength to strength and achieve all that you have and will, being honest to yourself and to the sport always. You are truly God’s child,” she said.
