Please tell us about the brand journey and vision of Brillio?

Born in the digital age in 2014, Brillio has remained laser-focused on turning technological disruptions into the advantages that our customers need to thrive in today’s digital economy. Our mission is to bring innovation to the digital world and provide the best customer experience possible through partnerships and integration with our clients. Our growth is fueled by our vision of being the digital transformation partner of choice for Fortune 1000 enterprises and help them in the most relevant priorities. We do this by embracing the four digital superpowers: mobile technology, cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT, enabling our clients to rethink their business in entirely new ways.

Could you elaborate on the services Brillio offers?

As a digital native technology services provider, we take a comprehensive approach to customer experience with a mix of four superpowers. Brillio provides key frameworks and solutions to tackle customer requirements. Our Product & Platform Engineering focuses on crafting relevant products; Digital infrastructure enables our enterprises’ customers to be agile. We take pride in accelerating the CX transformation journey of enterprises through our Customer Experience Services along with providing cutting-edge technology and advisory consulting for clients. Lastly, we provide Data Engineering and Analytics services to power-intelligent enterprises.

In addition, we have IP-led accelerators and solutions, which help us deliver quicker and best services to our customers. Our Brillioone.ai is one such platform that focuses on customer experience and intelligence.

How did your customers adapt to the pandemic, and what was Brillio’s contribution towards the customer’s digital transformation journey?

Our customers have been quick to adapt and create new Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to stay ahead of the curve during the pandemic. Our strategy has been to map the customers’ user journey to tackle the changing business landscape and their new set of priorities. This empowers us to create best-in-class consulting to decipher business problems.

Our personalized customer experience approach has helped meet client demands. The differentiating factor is our unique design thinking philosophy that ensures high-quality consulting for our customers. From creating inroads for customers’ growth and success, Brillio taps into areas that have not been previously put to thought and go beyond deliverables.

What were the business challenges you faced across different verticals specific to existing geographies?

The latest Forrester report found that 53% of Indian businesses are operating below their digital potential. This is true from a global perspective as well. Legacy IT is seeing a vital shift in its offerings and operations, further accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic. To address this, Brillio focuses on building brand new products as well as modernizing legacy systems.

Also, organizations look at digital transformation externally, but it can also help companies internally become more organized, collaborative, and ultimately engaged with each other. This challenge requires a cultural shift away from traditional business structures and hierarchies.

Which top 3 sectors in India are poised to grow most in the next 1 year and why? How do you see Brillio contributing?

India is at an inflection point – digitization is a requirement to thrive today. Across various sectors, companies are compelled to take a hard look at the digital fortitude of their business. They must make the right foundational decisions that will allow them to modernize into the future. In the current milieu, we see BFSI, healthcare, and Retail/CPG as the three sectors poised to grow the most in the next year.

As resilience, agility, and speed become paramount for enterprises, Brillio understands the importance of providing a meaningful customer experience at every touchpoint. With sustained focus and deep domain expertise that spans across various industries, we challenge the traditional consulting model through our digital technology fluency, design thinking, and rapid prototyping/problem solving with our ability to drive scale. We enable customers to accelerate what matters to their business by leveraging our expertise in agile engineering to bring human-centric products to market at warp speed.

What is Brillio’s GTM strategy for the Indian market?

For the Indian market, we intend to grow our revenue three folds in 2021-22. Our growth here is primarily driven by the large digital consumption potential of the global capability centers (GCCs) and large enterprises. Brillio stays close to the demand in the market model service and deploys strategies to drive growth in key business segments such as BFSI, healthcare, retail and consumer, and media technology.

Our focus is on continuing to redefine our partner ecosystem by driving CX-based transformation for our customers. Together with our partners, we continue to build solutions to achieve goals in the changing business landscape, elevate standards and add value to customer success. We aim to be an agile and scalable consultancy in our core practice areas of digital infrastructure, product engineering, and analytics.
