Exter and Punch CNG get a dual-cylinder setup, unlike the Fronx and Taisor, which have single-cylinder setup.
Hyundai recently introduced the dual-cylinder technology for the Exter CNG, becoming only the second manufacturer in India to offer this tech. The Exter CNG directly rivals the Tata Punch CNG while also competing with the CNG versions of the Maruti Fronx and the Toyota Taisor. Here’s a detailed spec comparison of the Exter CNG with the other three.

All models have a 5-speed manual transmission as standard.
The Exter CNG and Punch CNG are the only SUVs in India with a dual-cylinder setup, which helps free up boot space. Conventional CNG cars have a single, larger cylinder.
