How to check Indian Railways refund status live using chatbot AskDisha: IRCTC Refund status

People can check refund status through Ask DISHA, a helpdesk given by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). The chatbot has been answering clients' inquiries in both Hindi and English.

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) permits people to check refund status utilizing Ask DISHA, a computerized helpdesk. The availability of IRCTC administrations has expanded thanks to the AI-controlled chatbot Ask DISHA. The chatbot has been answering clients’ inquiries in both Hindi and English.

IRCTC declared on Twitter that its DISHA (Digital Interaction to Request Help Anytime) permits clients to book tickets and look for help for different administrations through an OTP check. Clients are not expected to sign in with their IRCTC UserID and secret word.

As per the IRCTC tweet, travelers can book tickets, cancel and check refund status utilizing new component of IRCTC’s AskDisha 2.0

As indicated by the IRCTC tweet, “Did you look at the refreshed element of AskDisha? Appreciate booking train tickets, check PNR status, change loading up station or ask questions payment or booking related and that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

According to an IRCTC public statement, “IRCTC has recently redesigned its AskDISHA chatbot with the capacity to answer live inquiries from clients connected with rail ticket discounts emerging out of scratch-off, TDR recording and bombed exchanges as these comprise around half of the absolute questions of the clients. The clients can now either enter in or verbally impart their PNR or Transaction subtleties to AskDISHA and get their ticket refund status right away.”

The most effective method to check IRCTC refund status
Step 1: Visit IRCTC site
Step 2: Click on AskDisha from right corner of the page
Step 3: Click on ‘Refund Status’
Step 4: Choose one of the choices
Ticket cancellation
Failed Transaction
TDR
Stage 5: Click on ‘Ticket Cancellation’
Stage 6: Enter the PNR

When you enter your PNR, you will get a message expressing the status. “Refund of Rs. for PNR … … effectively handled against Ref.No”
