You also have the option of filing a complaint with BHIM UPI.You can call the toll-free number 18001201749 to file a complaint.Talking to the bank where the transaction took place is another option.

On the off chance that these organizations don’t give an answer, you can likewise move toward the Hold Bank of India. You will need to enter the specifics of the transaction by clicking on bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in.

Additionally, you can submit your complaint via the NPCI’s website. You will need to sign in to npci.org.in in order to do this. Next, select the Dispute Redressal Mechanism option.
You can later file a complaint by providing the website’s details.
