Here’s a step-by-step guide to change your PAN address with Aadhaar

Aadhaar now makes it easier to update your PAN card's address. You can easily change your address by using your Aadhaar.

PAN Address Change By Aadhaar: The Permanent Account Number (PAN) card is probably well-known to Indian taxpayers because of its significance. The Income Tax Department provides you with a 10-digit alphanumeric code to help you keep track of all of your financial transactions. It’s not just important for taxes; it’s also important for big purchases, pensions, bank accounts, and getting benefits from different government programs.

On the other hand, the Aadhaar card is a unique 12-digit identification number that Indian citizens use to identify themselves. If a person has a current Aadhaar, the government has made it simple for them to change or update the address on their PAN card.

You need to go to the UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited portal in order to update your PAN card address with Aadhaar. Click on the “Aadhaar e-KYC Address Update” option after entering your PAN card, Aadhaar, email address, and mobile number. Click the submit button after completing the captcha and accepting the terms and conditions.

After that, you will be sent an OTP via email or your registered mobile number, which you will need to enter into the portal. Your Aadhaar information will be used to update your PAN card address once you do that. The update will be acknowledged to you via email and text message.

Indian citizens can easily update their PAN card address online thanks to the Aadhaar card. This is a quick and effective procedure that guarantees that your current address on your PAN card is accurate.
