Here’s a list of 6 important EPF claim forms for different needs: EPFO

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), which is in charge of managing retirement funds in India, provides its members with three social security programs: the Employees’ Provident Fund, a pension scheme, and an employee insurance program The EPF Plan of 1952, the Pension System of 1995 (EPS), and the Insurance Scheme of 1976 (EDLI) all oversee these three, which meet all of the members’ requirements.

The following is a list of the six most important EPF claim forms:


  1. Form 10C: You can use this form to get money out of the EPS scheme that your employer contributed.
  2. Form 10D: This form can be used to get a monthly pension.
  3. Form 31: Loans and withdrawals from your EPF account are made using this form.
  4. Form 13: You can transfer your fund between jobs using this form. It guarantees that your funds will not be scattered around.
  5. Form 20: In the event of an employee’s death, this form allows a nominee or member of your family to receive PF funds. This applies even if you worked for less than ten years.
  6. Form 51F: The Employees’ Deposit linked insurance benefits can be claimed by your nominee using Form 51F.
