Numerous clients are as yet incapable to get to the e-passbook highlight on the Workers Fortunate Asset Association (EPFO) site. A 404 error is showing up for many EPF members who clicked on the e-passbook page. In addition, they were informed that “Not Found.” The URL /Member PassBook/Login that was requested could not be found on this server.
A couple of furious people said they had been not able to get to their passbooks for the past about fourteen days. In point of fact, one user stated that the passbook feature had been unavailable for fifteen days.
“We are sorry for the inconvenience, member. The situation is being investigated by the involved team. Mercifully sit tight for quite a while. In one of the responses, EPFO stated, “The matter will be resolved shortly.”
On the other hand, EPFO made it clear on its website that members could access their passbooks through the UMANG app and SMS. “Member Passbook Service is accessible through UMANG App” is stated on the EPF website.
