Starting her musical journey at 4, Neha Kakkar made her Bollywood debut as a chorus singer in the film Meerabai Not Out. The singer, who celebrates her 36th birthday today, June 6, is the younger sister of Sonu Kakkar and Tony Kakkar.
Neha participated in the second season of Indian Idol before making it to the Bollywood. She got eliminated and began her struggle. She was a chorus singer for a few songs but her earliest fame came in 2012 when she collaborated with music director Pritam in the Cocktail. Neha sang the dance number ‘Second Hand Jawani’ which became a sensation overnight. The song was followed by several party hits such as Sunny Sunny and London Thumakda.
