Amid the tech firms contesting against each other to supersede, Google is rolling out the beta version of the Magic Compose in Messages by Google app, reported The Verge.
The new feature is an artificial intelligence experimental feature to draft messages, however its functionality comes with a conditional cause. As per details, the new feature send up to 20 previous messages to Google for response generation despite end-to-end encryption in RCS.
Apart from this, a user can also start or reply vis suggested replies, while will have the option to rewrite the texts to set the tone accordingly.
How to Use?
Currently, the new feature has a limited availability, with One Premium subscribers have ‘priority access’. To use this feature, a user should be above 18 years. The feature is available in English on Android devices having a US sim card.
How to Switch on?
A user can sign in from the Google account, and post that switch on RCS Chats using setting in the Messages app.
Will the new feature collect data?
The firm claims it does not store data or train models through it, however send up to 20 previous messages to its servers to suggest relevant replies to a user.
