Sending money can be done with an Aadhaar card. You can move money to another person’s account from your own. AePS, an Aadhaar-enabled payment system, is used to accomplish this.
NPCI is the company that developed this system. Aadhaar cards, iris scans, and fingerprints can be used to send money with this system. It is said that this system makes payments safe.
Your bank account should be linked to your Aadhaar number in order to use Aadhaar to send and receive money. To withdraw your funds, neither an OTP nor a PIN are required. A single Aadhaar card can be linked to any number of accounts.
You can take money out, deposit money, transfer money from one Aadhaar to another, get a mini-bank statement, use e-KYC-based finger detection, and more with AePS.
Use AePS in the following ways: Go to the bank correspondent in your area.
In the OPS machines, enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
Choose from withdrawal, KYC, balance inquiry, money addition, and other services.
Enter the name of your bank and the required withdrawal amount.
Collect the cash after you use biometrics to confirm your identity.
