Speaking at the Carnegie Tech Summit 2023, Nilekani said that all AI should be use-case-led which can be amplified to make the lives of common people better.
Digital Public Infrastructure, which has taken India more than a decade to develop and bring to its current levels, has reduced friction, improved productivity, made the society more inclusive and enabled formalisation.
“With AI coming along, it is giving us new capabilities. One is demystifying complexity. In other words, how do you make sure that people have the right information and ideas at the right time at their fingertips,” Nilekani said.
