By the end of December, farmers’ bank accounts will likely be credited with the 13th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. For those who are not aware, the government provides a yearly support of Rs 6,000 through the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, also known as the PM Kisan Yojana. The 6,000 rupees are distributed to farmers in three installments of Rs 2,000 each.
The government launched this program to assist marginal and small farmers. More than 10 crore farmers have benefited from this program so far, receiving 12 installments. Farmers are now eagerly anticipating the thirteenth installment.
However, the farmers of Chattisgarh have a lower chance of receiving the 13th installment if reports are to be believed because many of them have not yet completed e-KYC and Bhulekh verification.
This follows the Center’s stringent measures to stop PM Kisan scheme fraud. It is necessary to complete e-KYC and Bhulekh verification in order to receive the most recent PM Kisan Scheme installment.
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana thirteenth installment: During the current winter session of the Parliament, eligible farmer information in Chattisgarh Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar stated that while 27,43,708 farmers in Chhattisgarh are active on the PM Kisan scheme’s beneficiary list, only 19,75,340 farmers are eligible to receive the next installment.
