Elvish Yadav said that he will not be surprised if in the future, his name is dragged into more controversies.
Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has become the subject of a recent controversy. His name was mentioned in an FIR for allegedly using prohibited snake venom at his parties. He was recently held in police custody in Kota regarding the same case but was later free to go. Now, Elvish has posted a message online for those who are “jealous” of him and are trying to defame him.
Elvish, who claims that these allegations are false, took to the microblogging site X, formerly known as Twitter, and wrote, “Naam ke saath badnaami bhi aati hai, jalne wale bhi badhte hain. Aur main hairaan nahi honga ki aane wale time main mujhpe aur bhi ilzaam lagenge (With fame also comes defamation. The number of people jealous of you also increases. I won’t be surprised if in the coming time, I will be subjected to more allegations).”
Elvish added, “Mujhe bhagwan pe poora bharosa hai, shree Ram ji pe poora bharosa hai. Yeh time bhi jald beetega (I will full faith in God. I trust Lord Ram. This time will also pass).”
Speaking of defamation, politician and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi accused the YouTuber of supplying snake venom to rave parties in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. However, Elvish has now also threatened to file a defamation case against her. In one of his recent vlogs, Elvish blamed the politician for spoiling his image and argued that the truth will be out soon.
This is not the first time that Elvish Yadav has talked about the case. On Friday too, he issued a video clarification and claimed that all allegations against him are baseless and devoid of proof.
For the unversed, on Friday, it was reported that the police conducted raids in Noida’s Sector 49 and recovered five cobra snakes, nine other snakes of a different species and snake venom. Five arrests have been made in the case so far and the people arrested have claimed that they supply the snake venom to Elvish Yadav.
