JODHPUR PUNCH (makes 6 cocktails)
Get those jars out and make a fuss-free whisky cocktail that everyone can share.
· Godawan 01/02 Whisky – 300 ml
· Cinnamon – 2 Stick
· Star Anise – 3-4
· Honey – 100 ml
· Fresh lime juice – 100 ml
· Mausambi Juice fresh (sweet lime) – 300 ml
· Black Tea – 100 ml
· Fresh mint – handful
Pour everything in a jug & mix properly, add some ice cubes to chill it.
Now pour it in individual glasses and garnish with orange / lime wedge
Top up with ginger ale and enjoy.
ANJEER OLD FASHIONED
- Godawan 01 Rich & Rounded – 50 ml
- Homemade Fig syrup – 8 ml
- Bitters – 3 dashes
Fig Syrup – Cook some figs and your favourite nuts with some brown sugar and water. Strain after sometime.
Stirred to perfection over ice & Served on the rock, garnish with a zesty orange peel.
Enjoy with your favourite Dessert.
KAAPI MARTINI
Replace your Vodka with Godawan 01 in your espresso martinis and thank us later.
- Godawan 01 Rich & Rounded – 50 ml
- Coffee / Cold brew – 40 ml
- Brown sugar / Honey – 20 ml
Shake well / or blend it with ice and served it your choice of glassware, Coupe or On the rocks.
Garnish with cacao powder / Coffee beans / Nutmeg, Choice is yours.
SAFFRON SMASH
What is our festivals without those dry fruits, nuts & Sweets.
Elevate your Cocktails with this easy to make saffron syrup – Simple sugar syrup with equal part of water & Sugar, with a few strands of Saffron, throw a couple of orange peels in there, and cardamom if you like.
- Godawan 02 Fruit & Spice – 50 ml
- Saffron syrup – 20 ml
- Fresh lemon juice – 15 ml
Shake well & Serve on the rocks.
CHAIBALL
Our Festivals are incomplete without a chai & some Savouries. Enjoy this easy to make Godawan based Chai Highball and pair them with your favourite savoury snacks.
- Godawan 02 Fruit & Spice – 50 ml
- Black assam tea / your favourite tea – 40 ml
- Peach Syrup – 20 ml
- Fresh lime – 15 ml
- Soda – to top up
Add everything to a tall glass, fill it with ice and top up with Soda.
Garnish it with a mint bouquet / Orange Slice.
Mango Melody
In India, Our love with mangoes in unbeatable. We have combined best of both worlds in a cocktail
- Godawan 02 Fruit & Spice – 50 ml
- Mango juice – 40 ml
- Jalepeno / Chilli – to taste
- Fresh lime juice – 15 ml
- Basil / mint – 4-5 leaves
- Soda – top up ( Optional if would like it fizzy)
Shake everything together in a jar with some ice and pour in your favourite glass, rim it with Spice salt mix.
