SBI has requested that its clients be ready with 2 mobile numbers. The bank says that these numbers are being utilized for phishing. The Assam CID had additionally alarmed individuals about these numbers. The bank has asked not to tap on any connection sent from these numbers.

All SBI clients are mentioned not to tap on any such dubious connections. Afterward, the bank additionally affirmed this tweet and asked its clients not to get the telephone and not to tap on the KYC update interface.
The bank is requesting to be careful of such connections on calls as well as on SMS, email and so forth. The bank has said that answer to no such connection in which individual things like PIN, CVV, or OTP have been asked from you.
SBI has said that the bank never requests this data from you. The bank has requested to report any such phishing episode to report.phising@sbi.co.in.
