Sunny Deol’s son Rajveer Deol’s much-awaited debut film Dono premiered on Thursday night, October 5.
There has been quite a buzz about Rajveer Deol’s debut film Dono, even before its release. The Deol family has left no stone unturned to promote the debut of Sunny Deol’s son. As the film finally releases on Thursday, October 5, many big names from Bollywood including Sunny Deol, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan turned up for its grand premiere.
Rajveer Deol was seen posing with his father Sunny Deol and brother Karan Deol at the red carpet before the premiere. Rajveer looked dapper in a white T-shirt layered with a blue jacket. He paired the outfit with blue jeans. Meanwhile, Sunny twinned with Rajveer in a blue blazer, which he paired with a black button-down shirt and blue jeans.
Rajveer’s uncle Bobby Deol also attended the premiere with his wife and son. Earlier in the day, Bobby took to his Instagram account to extend his support for Rajveer and wrote that he cannot wait for his nephew’s debut film to release.
The film also marks the directorial debut of Avnish Barjatya, the son of ace filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya. As such, Sooraj’s industry friends and long-time collaborators like Aamir Khan and Salman Khan also showed up for the premiere.
Besides Rajveer and Avnish, the film also marks the debut of Poonam Dhillon’s daughter Paloma Dhillon. For the premiere, Paloma looked stunning in a black lehenga. She joined Sunny Deol and Sooraj Barjatya as the veterans posed with their sons who will carry their cinematic legacy forward.
Going by the film’s trailer, the film revolves around a guy and a girl who meet at their respective friend’s wedding. Sparks fly and the film takes the audience on an emotional roller-coaster of two people – nursing a heartbreak – and whether or not they come together in the end. The film revolves around a destination wedding and how that brings everyone together.
