Shefali, in an interview back in 2022, had said that she is glad that scripts are finally being written that portray women as real and flawed. “Women do not necessarily have to be the perfect wife, the perfect homemaker or the perfect mother. They can be flawed. Thanks to my role in Delhi Crime, writers now want to cast me in leads or parallel leads, write scripts keeping me in mind. This wouldn’t have happened had I been restricted to playing just another part in commercial cinema,” she had said.
While Shefali Shah has had a spectacular 2022, all eyes are now on her highly-anticipated third season of ‘Delhi Crime’ amongst other interesting projects.
