To heighten the anticipation, the channel has released an enticing new promo, showcasing a situation where Mangal faces a challenge when her husband Aditya’s friends arrive at their house. Starring Deepika Singh as Mangal and RJ Sanika as Lakshmi, the show is rapidly winning hearts and leaving viewers eager for more.

The sneak peek into the upcoming episode starts with Mangal’s mother-in-law informing her son about the shortage of milk during Aditya’s friends visit to his house. Despite the circumstances, Aditya criticises Mangal for not anticipating the need for milk. However, the scene shifts to Mangal impressively serving traditional Indian sweets to Aditya’s friends, who are highly appreciative of her culinary skills. Later, Aditya offers his friends pastries and cakes he ordered, only to find out they prefer Mangal’s homemade Indian sweets over his store-bought treats.

After a hiatus following motherhood, Deepika Singh, celebrated for her roles in Diya Aur Baati Hum, Kawach, and the Bollywood film Titu Ambani, returns to the screen with her latest venture, Mangal Lakshmi. In an interview with The Times Of India, Deepika, married to director Rohit Raj Goyal, candidly shared her husband’s supportive reaction to her comeback. Reflecting on her husband’s encouraging stance, Deepika said, “When the offer came to me. I was surprised as until now in my career I’ve always been offered strong roles. I couldn’t believe that it was for me. I asked my manager and he said that I was being considered for the role. I shared the news with my husband and he joked “chalo Kahin toh Tum dominate hogi”.

“Jokes apart, my husband praised me that I’m a great actor, I should be seen onscreen and that I deserve it. He actually conditioned my mind that it’s been a long break now, don’t sit idle, your dance is also done and now you should go back to work. He told me not to take the role lightly and give my best,” she further added.
