Two days after Dalljiet Kaur sparked separation rumours with her husband Nikhil Patel, it has now been reported that things were not okay between the two for a long time. If a report by E-Times is to be believed, Dalljiet and Nikhil started to face problems soon after their marriage and then realised that they were “incompatible”. An insider told the entertainment portal that if the couple does not sort out problems between them, separation might be the only option.

“Initially, everything seemed fine in their marriage, but it was short-lived. Problems cropped up between the couple soon after. Dalljiet and Nikhil realised they were incompatible. The situation worsened in the last two months. If problems persist, separation might be the only option.”

Earlier this week, Dalljiet Kaur left everyone shocked when she deleted all her wedding pictures from her Instagram handle. Not just this, she also dropped “Patel” from her name. While this left everyone speculating if Dalljiet and Nikhil have parted ways, her team then issued a statement but did not directly address if all is well between the two or not.

“I hereby state that Dalljiet and Jaydon (her son) are in India currently for Dalljiet’s dad’s surgery followed by her Maa’s surgery as well, which required them to be beside him. In addition to this, I would only like to say that Dalljiet, at the moment, would not like to make any comments on anything because the kids are in the picture. Please respect her kids’ privacy and please consider this as the only statement she would like to give out,” the statement read.

Dalljiet Kaur married Nikhil Patel on March 10, 2023. The two tied the knot in the presence of their family members and close friends. This was Dalljiet’s second marriage. She was previously married to Shalin Bhanot but the two parted ways in 2015 after the actress accused him of domestic violence.
