The actress took to Instagram Stories and shared a series of posts grieving the loss of her beloved father. In one of her stories, she posted a heart and wrote “dad”. In the next one, she wrote, “Papa” posted a heart-break emoji and wrote, “Om Shanthi” below it. In the following story, she wrote, “Come back, Papa” and wrote yet another heart-break emoji.

It was in 2014 when Adhvithi Shetty made her acting debut in the Kannada movies with a romantic film titled Mr and Mrs Ramachari, which starred not just her but also her twin sister. Together they portrayed the role of Suvarna and Kasturi respectively. The movie catapulted her to fame. Now, she is a recognised face in the Kannada movie industry. Her powerful acting performances along with her graceful dance have always left her fans in awe of her.
Adhvithi Shetty also shared the screen with Aryan Gowda in the 2019 movie Fan, which was directed by Balavalli Darshit Bhat. In the same year, she also starred in Kaarmoda Saridu in the role of Dr Priya. In 2022, she was seen in the lead role of Darling Krishna in the movie Sugar Factory.
