The company is looking to hire across teams like user interface(UI)/user experience (UX), product, design, partnerships, digital marketing, growth, influencer marketing, data analytics, social media, expanding the CashKaro Store Network and more.
Leadership profiles namely chief of staff, head of data, head of product, design lead, etc., will be the focus area in the coming months. Freshers and interns will comprise 20% of total hiring this year.
This year, CashKaro will be implementing plans for further broadening the portfolio into finance. This category expansion is also expected to be a large hiring driver this year.
CashKaro Stores Network, the offline assisted e-commerce initiative, has been growing rapidly spanning 20+ states and 17,000+ stores already. The team will be hiring close to 300 new members for roles like national sales executive, area manager, etc. across the country.
The company has also introduced functional and standard assessments, which include aptitude and analytical problem solving to assess competency efficiently. The process of automating hiring and building an in-house tracking system has also been initiated.

“I always say that a dedicated team lays the foundation of a successful business, so hiring is one of the most important parts of running a business for me. Our hiring process is extensive, and we dive deep into the candidate’s experience and more specifically into the core skills needed for the role in question,” Swati Bhargava, cofounder, CashKaro and EarnKaro, told ET.
The company grew more than 100% in revenue in FY22 and crossed the Rs 200 crore mark, said Rohan Bhargava, cofounder, CashKaro and EarnKaro.
“As we aim to further double this number in FY23, having the right team will be the key contributing factor. We will be hiring aggressively and aim to cross the 700 members mark in terms of team size,” he said.
