New Delhi: The bank has now answered the fresh insight about the conclusion of an enormous number of bank offices. There were reports that around 600 parts of the bank would have been shut. On this the bank has explained the circumstance before its clients.
No choice on shutting branches yet
State-run Central Bank of India said on Saturday that no choice has been taken at this point in regards to conclusion of countless branches during the ongoing monetary year. In any case, the bank said that re-adjusting or moving of branches is a normal practice.
Central Bank of India gave explanation
The Central Bank of India, in an explanation with respect to media reports in regards to conclusion of branches, said, “We therefore illuminate that no choice is yet to be taken in regards to conclusion of countless branches during the monetary year 2022-23.” The choice has not been taken.
‘Moving branches a normal practice’
The bank said that it is a normal practice for each bank to re-adjust, move, consolidation, close or open branches consistently to accomplish the targets of corporate business.
