Bobby Deol Roped In To Play The Villain In Suriya’s Kanguva? What We Know About His Tamil Debut –

As per reports, Bobby Deol is yet to shoot for his portion in Suriya’s Kanguva.

Actor Suriya is prepping to entertain his fans once again with his upcoming film Kanguva. The film is a highly anticipated project of the actor and the makers have also managed to create massive buzz around it. Last month, they revealed the scintillating first glimpse of the film featuring a rugged look of the actor, leaving the fans waiting for more. Now, they have dropped another still of Suriya and it is worth a look. Amid all the noise, IndiaToday.in has exclusively learned that Bollywood actor Bobby Deol has been signed on as an antagonist for the film.

Rumour mills are abuzz that Bobby Deol will make his highly anticipated Tamil debut in Suriya’s ‘Kanguva’. A source close to the project told the entertainment portal that Bobby is thrilled and excited about his Tamil debut. The sources shared, “Bobby sir was earlier supposed to make his debut in Pawan Kalyan’s film ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’. However, that was put on hold. Soon, the Kanguva team reached out to him. Bobby sir really liked the narration and was immediately on board. He is a big admirer of Suriya and is really excited to work with him.”

“He has not shot his portion yet. The shoot for his portion will begin in November. He has a menacing role in the film, a never-before-seen role. He will be shooting in Chennai and will juggle between Mumbai and Chennai for the next one month. He plans to give enough time to promote his upcoming film ‘Animal’. So he will be traveling in and out of Mumbai,” the source further added.

On the work front, Bobby is set to star alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’, scheduled to release on December 1. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and others. That apart, he has committed to star in Stardom, directed by Aryan Khan.
