She catapulted to fame by playing the role of Bani Walia and soon cemented her position with her excellent acting prowess. Today, let’s take a look at her personal life. Prachi has also been very vocal about her love life, without naming anyone though. She shared an incident earlier in an interview with Filmfare. She said that she is an extremely emotional person and can go to any extent for the sake of love. She, however, doesn’t compromise with her self-respect for love. Prachi also revealed an interesting anecdote about how she had done crazy things for her partner once.
Prachi Desai said, “I’ve flown across countries for someone. When I spoke to ‘him’ on the phone, he said he was in a particular country. I believed him and flew across to give him a surprise.” She said that she realised he had lied after she reached there. “He was not there!”, she said. Prachi then told the portal that she still enjoyed the trip and holidayed alone. She also didn’t confront that guy over this issue and preferred to give him silent treatment.
There were also reports of her rumoured relationship with director Rohit Shetty. It was reported that Prachi and Rohit grew fond of each other while filming Bol Bachchan. Rohit has been married to Maya Shetty since 2005. They have a son named Ishaan Shetty. Thus, rumours of an affair between Rohit and Prachi reportedly caused great turmoil in his marriage with Maya. There were rumours that Rohit had even taken Prachi for a romantic dinner date, and the duo thereafter started spending time together. If the rumours are to be believed, both celebrities have even started to live together. As per reports, Maya was not ready to grant Rohit a divorce. Over time, problems began to arise in Rohit and Prachi’s relationship as well. Reportedly, Rohit returned to his family after some time. Neither Rohit nor Prachi ever spoke about the speculations of their relationship publicly.
