Bhumi Pednekar and Sonam Kapoor ignore each other?
A video surfaced online sparking speculations that Sonam Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar have had a fall out. But there’s more to what meets the eye.
All might not be well with Sonam Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. The actresses did not greet each other when they attended a Ganesh Chaturthi puja over the weekend. A video has surfaced online to show that Bhumi Pedenekar, Sonam Kapoor, and Anand Ahuja walked into Antilia around the same time, to join the Ambani family for the Ganesh Chaturthi puja. However, fans noticed that Bhumi and Sonam were cold to each other.
In the video, Bhumi was posing for the paparazzi while Anand and Sonam arrived. Anand patiently waited for Bhumi to wrap her photo-op and greet her. Upon noticing Anand and Sonam, Bhumi walked up to the couple but seemingly greeted only Anand. Sonam also did not seem to greet Bhumi. The video was shared on Reddit and many users believe they might not be on good terms. Watch the video below:
“She definitely ignored her. Sonam was continuously looking at her. She just hugged her husband and went,” a Reddit user wrote. “Oh man she did it on purpose like how can you say hi to her husband but not her,” another user said, referring to Bhumi. “Definitely snubbed Sonam…. No doubts at all!” a third user wrote.
But there is more to what meets the eye. Another video has surfaced online to show that Bhumi did greet Sonam at the puja. The actress was seen giving Sonam a hug at the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Watch the video below:
Sonam and Bhumi were seen together a few times last year during the promotions of Thank You For Coming. Bhumi was the lead actress in the film while Sonam’s sister Rhea Kapoor had co-produced the film. Sonam had joined Bhumi and her co-stars for the promotions of the film. She was also seen at the premiere of the film.
