Amid the growing popularity of South Indian cinema, exemplified by hits like KGF and Pushpa, Bollywood too has witnessed success with releases such as Pathan, Jawan, and Gadar 2. Notably, several Hindi film triumphs can be attributed to their adaptation of South Indian originals, underscoring the cross-industry appeal and influence in contemporary Indian cinema. Bhool Bhulaiyaa

Bhool Bhulaiyaa, featuring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan, hit the screens in 2007 as the Hindi adaptation of Mohanlal’s Malayalam film Manichitrathazhu, which was originally released in 1993.

Sooryavansham

The movie Sooryavansham, frequently aired on Sony Max, showcased Amitabh Bachchan in a dual role. This 1999 Hindi film was a remake of the 1997 Tamil movie Suryavamsam.

Sirf Tum

Hera Pheri
