Bajaj introduced the all-new Freedom, the world’s first CNG-powered motorcycle, just a month ago. With bookings and deliveries already underway in Maharashtra and Gujarat, Bajaj has now announced that the Freedom will be available in 77 cities across India, starting August 15. Now, a more affordable version of the Freedom has been spotted testing, and it could target the 100cc commuter segment.
- Could be priced lower than Rs 95,000
- The test mule features simpler design elements
- Engine likely to be the same
Bajaj Freedom CNG bike base variant details
The spy images reveal several differences in the front section of the test mule compared to the Freedom 125. The fork shrouds are smaller and the bike also appears to have a simpler front mudguard design. Additionally, the front fender features a single colour tone instead of the dual-tone finish seen on the 125. The headlamp mount also appears to be simpler and the bike has a conventional halogen unit.

At the rear, the bike features a silver-finished grab handle, which could be the standard colour for this variant. The rear tire hugger is longer and it’s likely to provide better protection from rainwater spray.
