Arjun Kapoor shared a cryptic note about managing one’s emotions a few days after rumours of his break-up with Malaika Arora made the headlines. The actor took to his Instagram Stories and shared a post which highlighted the importance of focusing on things which are in one’s control.
The post read, “Part of embracing the process is understanding that no matter how focused you are or how hard you work, you can’t force how fast the results come. Manage your emotions as things unfold, when results aren’t lining up with your expectations, keep focusing on what you can control.” The post comes also days after his birthday bash, which Malaika Arora skipped.

Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor have been in the news for their alleged break-up since last month. A source informed Pinkvilla that their relationship has “run its course.” “Malaika and Arjun had a very special relationship and both of them will continue to hold a special place in each other’s hearts. Although Malaika and Arjun have yet to address these rumours, Malaika spoke about love in a recent interview. Speaking with Hello India, “I’ll never give up on the idea of true love, no matter what. I’m a typical Scorpio that way, so I’ll fight for love till the very end — but I’m also very realistic and know where to draw the line.”
