Ankita Lokhande was quite close to her father. During her stint in the Salman Khan-hosted reality television show Bigg Boss 17, viewers witnessed her commitment to her familial members. During one of the episodes, she did not even hesitate to take a stand for her late dad when her mother-in-law brought up an issue regarding her parents. Recently, Ankita Lokhande walked down memory lane remembering her father on the occasion of her parents’ marriage anniversary. She penned a special “miss you” message for him on her Instagram Stories and dropped a throwback picture featuring her mother and father.

The photograph captured Ankita Lokhande’s parents sharing the same frame. They looked happy, wrapping their arms around each other. Ankita also added her father’s favourite Kishore Kumar song — Pal Bhar Ke Liye in the background. Her elaborate write-up accompanying the post read, “Papa, your favorite song!! Happy marriage anniversary, maa and paa. I miss you every moment of my life, and I miss the way you used to say, ‘I’m proud of you, bacche.’ Really, paa, don’t worry about Maa or Arpan (her brother). I promise I’m there. I love you, maa and paa.” She tagged her mother, brother and husband Vicky Jain in the post.
