Ankita Lokhande said that Vicky Jain had refused to marry her earlier as he wanted a girl from Bilaspur.
When Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain were in the Bigg Boss 17 house, the two were often seen getting into heated arguments. While their fights had left many concerned, in a recent interview, Ankita revealed that Vicky initially didn’t want to marry the actress.
Ankita and Vicky appeared on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast. Ankita said, “Isne bola ki main shaadi nahi kar sakta uss samay or vo chala gaya kyuki hamari lifestyle bahut alag thi. Vo Bilaspur mein rehta tha or main yahan rehti thi or usko lagta tha mujhe ladki Bilaspur mein chahiye.” (He said that he couldn’t marry me at that time, and he left because our lifestyles were very different. He lived in Bilaspur, and I lived here, and he thought he needed a girl from Bilaspur.)
Vicky Jain added, “Usne mujhe kabhi bolne hi nahi diya toh main bol hi nahi paya. Mujhe aisa lagta hai ki sahi samay hona chahiye toh uss samay Ankita bhi uss state of mind mein thi jahan vo shaadi karna chahti thi aur main uss state of mind mein tha jahan main shaadi karna chahta tha, aur uss samay hum mile.” (She never let me speak, so I couldn’t express myself. I feel that there should be a right time, and at that time, Ankita was in a state of mind where she wanted to get married, and I was in a state of mind where I wanted to get married, and at that time, we met.)
Throughout their Bigg Boss 17 stint, Ankita and Vicky made headlines for their arguments. However, post her exit from the show, Ankita kept reassuring fans that things were alright between her and Vicky. Previously, in an exclusive interview with Showsha, Ankita slammed those who judged her relationship with Vicky and urged everyone to let them live their life the way they want. “Once I came out, there was media, questions. There was a pressure. Nobody is putting that pressure on you but you feel pressured. People are judging your relationship. We know what kind of relationship we share. We know our bond very well. There (Bigg Boss 17 house) I said certain things, he (Vicky Jain) said certain things. I don’t want people to judge us on that because I am not judging any relationship,” she said.
