Animal’s breakthrough actress Triptii Dimri sizzled in a red dress for an event and turned everyone’s heads.
Triptii Dimri has been ruling headlines for her performance in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal. The actress was seen in a small role but she has left a mark on her fans’ minds. There has been a huge increase in her fan following on social media post the film’s release. On Saturday, December 16, Triptii was spotted in a gorgeous red dress and fans praised her fashion sense.
The actress turned heads as she walked the carpet for an event in a beautiful red dress. She looked gorgeous as she walked the carpet and stopped to pose for paps with her dazzling smile on display.
Tripti’s popularity has shot up since the release of Animal. The actress has witnessed a massive jump in her followers following the release of the film. Triptii Dimri’s follower count has increased by 320 per cent in the last few days. The actress, who had 6 lakh followers until last month, now enjoys a following of 2.7 million. Popular stars including Alia Bhatt, Navya Nanda, and Kusha Kapila among others also follow Tripti.
In a new interview, Triptii revealed her parents watched the film and were surprised by the intimate scenes. She added that they took time to process it. Speaking with Bollywood Hungama, Triptii said, “My parents got a little taken aback. (They said) ‘We have never seen something like this in films and you have done it.’ It took them time to get over that scene. They were very sweet to me though. They were like, ‘You shouldn’t have done that but it’s okay. As parents, we will obviously feel this.’”
“I told them I am not doing anything wrong. It’s my job and as long as I am comfortable and safe, I don’t see any problem with that. I am an actor and I have to be 100 per cent honest with the character that I play and I did that,” she added.
