Ananya Panday is giving us some serious fitness goals! The actress is motivating fans to hit the gym with her latest workout posts. She has been actively sharing glimpses of her rigorous fitness routine on Instagram stories which shows her commitment to staying in shape. In one of her latest posts, Ananya flexed her toned biceps with confidence while posing for a mirror photo. “Am I a gym bro now??” she humourously captioned the post.
Her workout routine also included her performing a deadlift under the guidance of her trainer. Alongside the video, she added text, “80 Kg deadlift on a Sunday morning feeling.”
In another story, Ananya shared a striking back photo that showcased her well-defined muscles. Accompanying the photo, Ananya wrote “Gainzz?” Ananya looked stunning in a peach sleeveless t-shirt, which she paired with black cycling shorts.
A few days ago, Ananya Panday posted a video from her workout routine on Instagram Stories. In the clip, she’s seen doing hip thrusts with 120 kg weights while her trainer guides her. She captioned the video, “120 kg weeee. What doesn’t kill you makes you (flexing muscle and melting face emojis).”

During an interview with Times Now, Ananya Panday spoke about her excitement for her role in Call Me Bae. She shared, “I’m very grateful that a show like Call Me Bae came to me because it is the kind of story I’ve grown up watching and my favorite genre which is a mix of chick flick, romance, fun, and drama. When Karan spoke to me about the series and then I went to read the episodes, I was completely sold on the fact that even though the genre is so light, the show is still really speaking about relevant issues in today’s time.”
Call Me Bae is set to stream on Prime Video from September 6.
