Amitabh Bachchan shared a throwback photo of himself shooting an action sequence.
Amitabh Bachchan is one of the biggest superstars, renowned not only in India but also globally. During the course of his illustrious career, Amitabh has played several diverse characters and his fans love to rewatch his films for nostalgia. However, the nostalgia quotient was turned up a notch when the actor himself shared a throwback photo on his social media today and recalled filing an action scene.
Amitabh Bachchan took to his Instagram handle and shared a black and white photo of himself jumping off a cliff. He wrote, “Taking off from a 30-foot cliff for an action sequence… no harness, no face replacement, no VFX… and landing… err… on mattresses… if you were lucky… Those were the days my friend.”

The Instagram post went viral in no time and Amitabh Bachchan’s fans flocked to the comments section to express their appreciation for the actor. Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will soon be seen in Kalki 2898 AD. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film stars acclaimed actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani in significant roles. Santhosh Narayanan serves as the music director and the high-budget production is helmed by C Ashwani Dutt, associated with the esteemed Vyjayanthi Movies banner. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on May 8 this year.
