Kriti Sanon and Allu Arjun were seated together at the 69th National Film Awards ceremony. They won Best Actress and Best Actor respectively.

Kriti Sanon and Allu Arjun were among the winners of National Film Awards 2023. Kriti won Best Actress Award for her performance in Mimi whereas Allu Arjun was honoured with Best Actor Award for Pushpa. The actors were seated together at the prestigious event and were often seen interacting with each other. Now, a new photo has emerged from the ceremony showing the duo recreating the iconic Pushpa pose.

In the photo, Allu Arjun and Kriti Sanon were seen seated at their seats while the Pushpa actor took a selfie with her. Both the stars were dressed in ivory outfits for the National Film Awards ceremony. Besides Allu Arjun and Kriti Sanon, photos of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, R Madhavan and Pankaj Tripathi also surfaced online. Check out the photos below:

Kriti shared the Best Actress award with Alia Bhatt. Speaking with a few weeks ago, Kriti said, “I’m too excited, almost emotional. I cannot believe that this has happened. It’s still sinking in and I am pinching myself. It is a big moment for me and my entire family. Mimi has been a very special film and to get the most prestigious National award for it, I just cannot thank the jury enough for actually believing that my performance deserved this award.”

Speaking about sharing the award with Alia, Kriti said, “I’ve always admired Alia as an actor and she was phenomenal in Gangubai Kathiawadi. We’ve both played the title role in our respective films and it’s a proud moment to be sharing this prestigious award with her! I called her up and both of us were just too excited.”

Pankaj Tripathi, who played a pivotal role in Mimi, also won the National Award in the Best Supporting Actor category for his performance in the film.
