Akshay Kumar was all praises for Narendra Modi’s latest Garba song.
Narendra Modi has kicked off Navratri celebrations by releasing a new song titled Maadi. Sung by Divya Kumar and composed by the Meet Bros, the Prime Minister of India revealed he has penned the lyrics of the Garba song. The song is sung in Gujarati and is the perfect Garba song to kick off the nine-day festival. Maadi is also the second song PM Modi has penned for Navratri this year. On Saturday, he revealed he penned the song Garbo. The same has now got a shoutout from Akshay Kumar.
Reposting Narendra Modi’s song on his X(formerly Twitter), Akshay Kumar hilariously said, “This is amazing @narendramodi ji! Sir ab aap hamare field mein bhi…hum kahan jayein?
Shubh Navratri to you and everyone .”

Earlier, Narendra Modi had shared the new song on Twitter, now known as X, PM Modi wrote, “As the auspicious Navratri dawns upon us, I am delighted to share a Garba penned by me during the past week. Let the festive rhythms embrace everyone! I thank @MeetBros, Divya Kumar for giving voice and music to this Garba.”
On Saturday, PM Modi released the song Garbo and revealed it was a track he wrote years ago. He also thanked singer Dhvani Bhanushali for the beautiful rendition of a Garba song. “Thank you @dhvanivinod, Tanishk Bagchi and the team of @Jjust_Music for this lovely rendition of a Garba I had penned years ago! It does bring back many memories. I have not written for many years now but I did manage to write a new Garba over the last few days, which I will share during Navratri. #SoulfulGarba.”
Kangana Ranaut had reacted to the song on X. She wrote, “How beautiful, whether it’s Atal ji’s poems or @narendramodi ji’s songs/poems and storytelling, always heartwarming to see our tough heroes indulging in the beauty and tenderness of art #Navratri2023 #garba. Very inspiring for all artists.”
