7th pay commission: Government will do one time settlement soon on 18 months DA arrears.

Central employees are sitting tight for their dearness allowance overdue debts. His desire might work out as expected soon.

New Delhi: Big information has been given by the Modi government with respect to DA back payments. Central employees are sitting tight for DA back payments for quite a while.

If media reports are to be accepted, the government will do one time settlement of DA (Dearness Allowance) of the workers, that is to say, around year and a half unfulfilled obligations (year and a half DA Arrear) will be moved at the same time in the account of central employees. In spite of the fact that, there has been no articulation from the government on this, however conversations are happening on this.


As per Shiv Gopal Mishra, Secretary (Staff Side) of National Council of JCM, a cooperative meeting of JCM with authorities of Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) and Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure will be held soon.

It is normal that the hanging DA back payments of the employees will be examined in this meeting. In the political race time frame, the government can give some large update in regards to DA unpaid debts.

2 lakh rupees will come in the account

If the forthcoming DA for quite some time is paid, beyond what 2 lakh rupees can be gotten in the account of numerous administration representatives. The DA back payments of Level-1 workers will be between Rs 11,880 and Rs 37,000. Simultaneously, Level-13 workers will get Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200 as DA overdue debts. DA is given to government representatives, workers and beneficiaries. It is given to the representatives to assist them with their everyday costs.
