They have launched a new ala carte food menu which is a testament to their dedication to using local and seasonal ingredients, while seamlessly redefining Modern European cuisine. Each dish, while technique-heavy, carries a hint of nostalgia and familiarity, presenting redefined comfort food, immaculately plated yet profoundly comforting.

Triphala, Gondhoraj Lebu, Alu & Alu Leaf, Fennel, Suran, Sukat, Karvand, Guava, Kokum, Passionfruit/Persimmon, and Yams – each ingredient carefully selected to elevate flavors and showcase the richness of local produce. Some of their signature dishes include Pork Bun Maska, Yam Canale, Duck Cones., Pappardelle and Ceramelle, Seabass Main Course & Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam. In a quest to revive the often-forgotten sense of touch, PCO Mumbai draws inspiration from its location, the historic NRK House—an overlooked landmark for its rich history of India’s most exquisite fabrics. The textile-rich legacy is the foundation of their menu, where each cocktail is inspired by fabric. These cocktails are not just drinks; they are individual stories, each with its complexity and Perspective. The selection of fabrics was made to reflect the diversity and beauty of Indian textiles. Fabrics like Banarasi, Chiffon, Paithani, Hemp, Pashmina, Kalamkari, Kantha, Corduroy, Satin, Muslin Cloth, Raw Silk, Kanchipuram Silk, and Bandhani are among the ten textiles that inspired these creative drinks. They have created 15 Cocktail Concoctions and 3 0% ABV Cocktails inspired by textiles like Eri Silk, Toda Embroidery & Banarsi.

Brimming with Japanese culture, Konnichiwa Japan Festival, now in its 7th edition, is all geared up to return at the DLF Avenue Saket in New Delhi on December 2nd and 3rd from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. As the Venue Partner, DLF Avenue adds its unique charm to the festival, providing the perfect backdrop for this 2-day Japanese cultural extravaganza. Organized by World Heritage Academy (WHA) in collaboration with Konnichiwa Japan Club and title sponsor Asahi Japanese Destination Management Company, the festival is set to captivate Indian audiences with a myriad of authentic Japanese delicacies, captivating performances, and engaging talks.

Since its inception in 2017, the Konnichiwa Japan Festival has been a beacon of  cultural exchange, aiming to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of Japan within the Indian community.
